School Uniform
School uniform can be purchased from our uniform suppliers NZ Uniforms, next to McDonald’s in Masterton or via the website http://stpatricksmasterton.nzuniforms.com/.
Second-hand uniform items are often available by special arrangement, please contact the school office.
The following should be noted:
- Summer uniform is worn Terms 1 & 4, with a two week transition period.
- Winter uniform is worn Terms 2 & 3, with a two week transition period.
- Long hair must be tied up with brown, black, green or white hair ties.
- Jewellery should not be worn unless it is of cultural significance.
- 1 pair of stud earrings is allowed.
- No nail polish.
- Please name all clothing. Un-named lost property will be donated to the second hand uniform shop at the end of each term.
PE Uniform: (only required from Year 2 onwards)

Sun hats (green – slouch) are compulsory at school for all children during the summer months.
If shorts are worn under school dresses they need to be plain black eg bike shorts or similar, and should not be showing. An example of these from Postie Plus is below:
Children must be in correct school uniform when coming to or going home from school. If your child does not have correct uniform a note needs to be given to the class teacher.
